GOATH OF CROILA - "Geordie" (Unregistered) |
|
14.2hh 8 yr old YELLOW DUN GELDING - By Ben Macdhui of Gorstan (Olympia Qualifier 2005 & 2006) out of Kerry of Croila Unblemished, straight mover Goath [Geordie] has been used as a deer pony on a Highland estate until now & is a lovely big gelding with lots of bone and presence He has lost his way a little as he had a fright when carrying deer recently & needs time to get over it & regain his confidence He has started a new career as a ridden gelding & schools happily bareback & hacks out alone or in company, also bareback, but still has a lot of fear when being ridden with saddle - All stemming from his fright when carrying deer with the deer saddle on In every other way he is a happy pony but needs to find a special person to help regain his confidence and give him trust He has a passport but no registration papers as he was not registered as a foal, as all late registrations now need to have their parents DNA tested & we cannot trace his dam to do this Because of this and his problem he is offered at £1,600 ono to an experienced home as he deserves a chance We are located in the Highlands of Scotland, but transport can be easily arranged SOLD |

ANNA OF MUCK |
|||||
Fully Registered Mouse Dun Filly, 2003 - RHUM and CROILA bloodlines
Rising 2 yr
old Mouse/Grey dun filly. By Strathmashie Seamus Mor [ Ben Nevis Of
Croila ] out of Mary of Muck [ an old Muck mare with rare and ancient
island bloodlines ]
Anna is a lovely
quiet and friendly filly to make 14 hands plus . She is deep bodied and
has good limbs and very good hard feet .
Her full brother Charlie of Muck was ridden champion at Blair Castle this year and is an outstanding ridden pony. This filly has special bloodlines and would be a valuable outcross to the more commoner blood lines used today. Her temperament and type are second to none and she is only for sale as we have her full sister already in foal and are overstocked at the moment. She has a slight scar tissue blemish on her fetlock that does not affect her movement , and will disappear in time . More pictures & video available to interested parties SOLD |

Beef Shorthorn Bull For Sale
|
|
Aultlarie Aonghas Ruadh S001 (H) Dob: 25th Feb 2001 Tag: UK500824- 500001 (Roan) |
|||||
Best of Beef Shorthorn Bloodlines with Chapelton and Glenisla strongly represented. This is a very quiet bull who is quiet to handle and catches and leads on the halter from the field He has a completely unflappable & easy going temperament, typical of his breed he has been handled on a halter since a calf. His mother was an excellent milker and was kept at Newtonmore Museum as their "House Cow" so raised Aonghas and provided milk for the museum dairy to allow them to make butter and cheese. He will only be 5 years old this year and has been used on Shorthorn Cross and Highland Cattle and has never missed a cow yet. Guaranteed stock getter, his calves can be viewed also. He has a lot of years of useful work left in him yet. Aonghas is a real pet and it is more important he goes to a good home where he will be appreciated than to a purely commercial concern.
- Transport can be arranged SOLD to Sandy Macdonald, Arslignish Farm, Ardnamurachan |
