Terms and Conditions for Holiday House Rental: Caimbebridge House and Studio Apartment - Arisaig 2007

Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year weeks are flexible. Occupancy is normally from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, special arrangements can be made if arriving later in the evening. Departure time is 10.00am to allow time for cleaning between lets. Normally you should arrange to be met on arrival and departure to handover keys and receive any special instructions.

Prices shown are for the normal bed occupancy, additional guests using the sofa beds will be extra. The rates include all heating and electricity. Bed Linen and Towels will be provided and a Welcome Tray supplied on arrival to get you started.

Use of the private gardens with picnic tables, shared Barbeque and ample parking is included in the price and should be used at your own risk. Guests to pay for Barbeque Charcoal trays and fuel for Open Fire in the house as extra.

Advance bookings require a deposit of 20% for each week booked. (Booking ONLY confirmed on receipt of advance payment) For all bookings the full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Late bookings and mini breaks require full payment at the time of booking. Please call for more details depending on your requirements and availability.

Cancellations, prior to the payment of balance will forfeit the amount of the deposit. After six weeks before arrival full payment will be charged. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance is taken by all parties and full holiday insurance.

Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement, however please remember that some people are allergic to animals so dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms. They must also be kept on a lead and must not foul in the gardens of the house. A charge will be made for dogs at £20.00 per dog per week. Please advise at the time of booking. Please also take your own dog bed. Dogs will not be allowed on any furniture.

Cots and high chairs are available, but COT LINEN IS NOT SUPPLIED. The cost is £10.00 per item per week. Please advise at the time of booking.

Guests are asked to leave their accommodation clean and tidy. Beds should be stripped prior to departure and all crockery and cutlery washed. Guests will be responsible for any breakages or accidental damage to property, furnishings, crockery etc. during their stay. All damage must be paid for prior to checking out. Please arrange for inspection at time of key handover prior to your departure. (Contact in confirmation letter)

The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of other guests or neighbours. If removal is required the remaining rental amount will also retained.

A security and good housekeeping deposit of £100.00 will be taken and this will be returned after you leave and when the accommodation has been checked over and is all OK.
